Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care/beauty products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item first, then place a new order.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you can return it within 14 days without justification, provided it meets the return conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank
